Nope, people who are to the LEFT of liberals

Might want to try the grammar on that again, Tex. I’ve been a liberal and have voted for Democrats since Carter, so don’t lecture me about US politics, especially as you can’t make a clear claim yourself.

Liberals = Center right to right wing people pretending to be center left to center.

People who are to the left of liberals = people who are ACTUALLY left wing.

Just because you don’t understand doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with my grammar.

Likewise, having been part of the tribe for a long time doesn’t make you an expert on what’s to the left of it, “Tex” 🙄

What “clear claim” are you even referring to? You’re being very vague for someone accusing someone else of not being clear.

Just because you want to make up new definitions doesn’t mean yours are right either, bucko.

The US is primarily centrist. Always has been. There’s liberal and conservative voices in that center as well. Then you have voices like progressives and arch-conservatives, pulling more to either side.

Your definition is a clear attempt to just muddy the waters by lying about who actually wants what.

I’m not making up anything. You’re entitled to your own opinions, not your own facts. The facts are that Neoliberalism, which has been the dominant ideology of the Democratic Party ever since Clinton in 1992, is a center-right to right wing ideology that’s closely allied with billionaires and their corporations.

The US is primarily centrist. Always has been

Nope. The ruling class and their billionaire-owned mass media are, but not the people in general.

          • The most popular politician in the US is Bernie Sanders.

          • The majority of the population want universal single payer healthcare,

          • More people than not agree that ACAB and that billionaires shouldn’t exist

          • Most people agree that Israel is committing a genocide and that the US shouldn’t be supplying the bombs, targeting systems and other weapons that they’re using to do so.

Those are all majority opinions of the population in general which are to the left of your beloved centrist political establishment

Your definition is a clear attempt to just muddy the waters by lying about who actually wants what.

That’s fucking rich coming from a centrist/center right liberal pretending to speak for the majority rather than the privileged few and/or that the Dem leadership is on the side of the people 🙄

            That’s fucking rich…

It certainly is. You forget what party has tried to push single-payer healthcare, unions, higher taxes for the rich and diplomatic solutions to world issues…like, for decades. But it’s either the republicans and their block voting blocking anything or those who want everything now and no smaller steps will suffice (whether large swaths of the country support or even understand it). It’s all or nothing, and you’re still surprised that when you don’t support any efforts, you get nothing.

Your hate does not make you stronger. It just makes you blind.

I’m done with this ridiculous debate. G’bye and good luck to you.
