There’s a swedish joke about this.

Is someone says they have a girlfriend, you can respond with, “What’s her name? Lena Handén?” Which sounds like a swedish woman’s name, except it’s a play on the words Lena=Smooth or soft and Handen= Hand.

I’ve also heard Palmela Handersson being used similarly.
