The suppressor will cut down on the sonic boom from the ammo going supersonic. It works great on the Gamo Magnum and Maxxim air rifles. They’re not huge suppressors like on a firearm, but they’re big enough that you can shoot the rifle without bothering people or needing hearing protection.
