General simple idea:
We have a 2 day vote on a theme for the week (Sat-Sun), top upvoted idea comment gets selected (has to follow community rules, no NSFW themes etc.)
Once voted the challenge goes from Mon-Fri.
Throughout the week we vote all (upvote/downvote) submissions in the comments of the pinned challenge post.
The top 3 winners get featured as a pinned post for span of the next challenge, and then the process repeats. The top 3 previous winners get cycled out for the next top 3 winners next week.
Any suggestions on the process please feel free to comment!
EDIT: It seems as though this idea has positive support, if there are no objections then I will begin the process in ~12 hours at (1PM EDT 7/8/2023), any suggestions will be taken into account moving forward!
A question about the rules, will there be any limits on the amount of post-processing allowed?
No limits on post-processing because in that regard it’s very difficult to draw any type of lines and I consider that a part of the process.
