Depends on the subreddit. Most are 2 days while others will be until the end of the month or indefinitely. I do feel that 2 days is too short. Like I even catch myself running the reddit app yesterday and see a lot of communities still having new posts.

Afaik it’s just 2 days like the majority of participating subreddits
