The bottom is the Byzantine Empire, the successor state of the Roman Empire, just before its total collapse. This is clearly bullshit! The devs nerfed Rome way too hard. Now we’re not even competitive in the meta against the Ottomans, smh.

Explanation: The top is the ROMAN EMPIRE AT ITS HEIGHT.
The bottom is the Byzantine Empire, the successor state of the Roman Empire, just before its total collapse.
