The bottom is the Byzantine Empire, the successor state of the Roman Empire, just before its total collapse. This is clearly bullshit! The devs nerfed Rome way too hard. Explanation: The top is the ROMAN EMPIRE AT ITS HEIGHT.
The bottom is the Byzantine Empire, the successor state of the Roman Empire, just before its total collapse.
