Easy to look down on poor people from 3rd world countries when you are a well off westerner.

Seems like it was less about the guy being poor and more about him preparing food directly over his bare feet.

There are countries that are poorer than India but cleaner.

You don’t have to go very far. Its been baffling scientists for centuries how those that has been living in the posh area of India are having greater hygienic mindsets as compared to those depicted in this clip.

New trend on social media is to portray the differences of kitchen and food workers in other countries compared to the health-code compliancy of the US. Snarky, rude and mean spirited commentary by content creators. Complaints about being outside, using hands without gloves or not using cutlery. Ive seen a handfull of these shorts on youtube and its just meant to divisive dribble rage bait crap.

I don’t get what the OP is trying to imply?

This is a vendor serving Puri(bread) and bhaji (curry) on the leaf(as a plate)

Where does cocaine being illegal come into picture?

Well, nope. But because I have enough money to afford hygiene.

If I had only 20 Rupees for dinner and it was either eat this or starve, i would eat this (even if I was crying in self pity).

If I was hungry enough I would probably eat the leaf as well.

I would still not do cocaine, regardless of my hunger.

But then again, these are my survival instincts.

It’s called a Puri. And it’s tasty as hell. Tasty as in it’s a tastier preference since it’s crispier as compared to roti.

When we have guests at home, we make Puri instead of Roti. So the guests feel that they are served royal meal. :D

Ah, so garden variety racism. Super boring. You have a very narrow mindset. I hope you experience some real life some day and find out just how little you know.
