Had to call dispatch twice because they started the second one after the fire department left. At least this time it wasn’t in the stairwell.

Nope. they just straight up set it on fire like they were having a nice little bonfire. It looks like an entertainment system they fished from the dumpster.

I would be pretty mad if this happened where I live. It’s like they were trying to set fire to the building…

I doubt the apartment complex wants a resident setting fires on the property.
