How is everybody defeating this thing?
Yall are fighting them? I still mostly run away just because of how annoying the fight is. The drops aren’t great anyway.

Also the dazzlefruit to blind it works really well!
If you run out of arrows, and throw bombs, they will fly up from the updraft of the previous bomb. To avoid this, get closer and aim precisely at the closest gloom arm.

My tactic, too…but I first switch to my Lynel x5 bow. Makes pretty quick work of them.
Get up high, toss Dazzlefruit, crit they eyes while they’re recovering from the dazzlefruit. Dazzlefruit is also great against gibdo.
Get up high if you can, and just bombard them with bomb arrows.
I saw a player freeze one was embarrassed I didn’t think of it. Now ice and bomb arrows. I also put on the depths armour set while doing it.
Having the sage avatars out is helpful, they contribute damage and distract the hands, giving you more space to move and attack
Arrows + eyeballs, or just aim. Much easier once you get better bows.
