    This is being pushed back from 2030, so it’s not good news. Just a delay on the law.

      Also zero emissions just means no ICE emissions. But the main point is the one you mentioned. Tories doing whatever they can to line their pockets without regard for what is right.

      I would settle for government doing what is reasonable, or maybe even at this stage what is the minimum to not cause harm.
