      Impose a tax on assets that can only be bypassed by proving ownership. The company would then have to show the ownership trail to the top- a person(s) or a publicly traded company

            The self-reporting is mandatory. It doesn’t take much imagination to see how it could be useful for prosecuting people using shell companies to commit financial crimes.
