If I was dying of cancer and a doctor was managing the setup, yeah it would be great. I’d likely go for guillotine. Brain can’t operate without blood and if you sever all the arteries/veins at once it’s immediate lights out when that pressure drops. Internal decapitation from a noose isn’t too bad either though, but neurogenic shock likely takes a noticeable amount of time compared to just completely dropping blood pressure entirely. Not that you’d remember it.
