A Regina business owner says he is deeply disturbed after his security cameras captured a man apparently trying to flag down passersby for help for several hours before he died out in the cold late last month.

The man got off the bus at 8 pm. I’m guessing that the business was closed.
Perhaps the video wasn’t even reviewed until the police requested it. It’s not like business owners sit around monitoring remote video feeds.
The person died overnight. The owner wasn’t there outside of business hours.
