title says it all. I have a leather midi skirt which i would like to wear with a blouse but tucking in the shirt makes the skirt look bulky.

This is a slightly cursed suggestion, but tuck into your underwear, for real. Either that or wear spandex and tuck into that.
Lol I’ve done this. Can vouch that it does work out well sometimes.
This is on the extreme end but you could hem the shirt. It’d sacrifice usage for lower waisted items but if your wardrobe is more on the mid- to high-waisted end anyway, you might get more utility out of that shirt.
