As much as I love Siakam, I would love for this to be true. We need to go full on for a rebuild. We aren’t going anywhere with the squad as constructed.

Multiple reports today that the other front offices are getting exasperated with Masai and the Raptors’ ongoing efforts to keep working the negotiations to get the best deals they can.

I’m actually getting reengaged in following the team now that Nurse is gone. I wouldn’t be unhappy to see Siakam go now too. I have felt that too much has been sacrificed in terms of other players’ development in order to bring Siakam to his potential. Best to cash out that investment now.

I’m onside with what appears to be the front office being more resistant to a trade with Anoby, or demanding much more.
