I just got GT7 and Light Brigade, enjoying them a lot. Synapse is what I am looking at next, assuming it is good. I love my PSVR2!
What have y’all been playing? Any experiences you want to share?
I’ve been trying to finish Red Matter 2, Horizon, and RE8 before getting anything else. All great games. I might try Fisherman’s Tale 2 next because I loved the first one.
Oh Red Matter 2 was gorgeous, albeit a bit straightforward. Let me know what you thinknof it!
I also haven’t beaten Horizon or RE8 yet. Did you have a PSVR1 as well?
No, I was on a Quest 1 before this. PSVR2 is the bees knees, though. Really enjoying it.
Nice to see a PSVR community started on Lemmy!
PSVR2 is my first VR headset so a lot of games are more fun than initially expected. For example Synth Riders and Pistol Whip look kind of lame when viewing a 2D trailer but in VR both games are awesome.
By far my favorite game though is Pavlov. It’s just so incredible to finally play a game like Counter Strike (which I’ve played a looong time since back in the beginning when it was just a Half Life mod) in VR with all the gun mechanics, peeking around corners, crouching etc. It’s the game I play the most, almost daily.
Oh I love Pavlov, definitely the game I have the most hours in. I need to check it out after the crossplay update. Any new modes??
I think they added a new mode but I’m not sure. I’m not patient enough to sit around waiting for next round if I die, so I usually just play team deathmatch haha. Should definitely start playing more SnD but since the last update the rediculous spawn issues in TDM were fixed so you don’t get spawn killed so often anymore, so yeah that’s what I play :-)
Just platinumed saints and sinners ch. 2. Worth every moment. Loved the 1st one and the fact that it just built on that world was enough for me. Team frying pan.
Beat Saber has so far been the only psvr2 game to really keep me coming back. Own Horizon, Moss 1 & 2, and What the Bat. Plan to finish Mosses eventually but the first is starting real slow.
What the Bat is fun and quirky, I loved their other game What the Golf. But with the whole process of putting on a headset and ignoring the world the barrier for just doing a few more levels is so much higher.
