Worf tells Raffi he has never shed a tear. In Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, Spock tells Scotty that Klingons have no tear ducts.
Also Anton is a nod to Anton Yelchin who played Chekov in the new movies and he is voiced by Walter Koenig.
