in fairness, big cities can be very overwhelming. i’ve only been to london a handful of times and getting onto a packed tube with bad body odour and no way to escape being in physical contact with strangers is bad, bad, bad. luckily i only had to ride a couple of stops
Not to mention they’re solo, maybe they got split from their group, or maybe it’s their first time on the train by themselves
