There are no voices to pierce through the veil of lies because they have been suppressed by a media that rewards corporate hegemony.
Ironically, Trump is a direct reaction to that.
I feel the opposite like any moderate opinions are ignored. Only highly emotional, devisive opinioins matter.
In fact, calling everything lies “they” are hiding from us is literally straight out out of the Russian disinformation playbook (The Foundations of Geopolitics.)
On the internet maybe but in public people ham up.
Edit: if there are no consequences to having an opinion online then it’s hard to say you ever really had a strong opinion. A loud opinion maybe.

The only media I can think of that is highly opinionated is fox and other right wing sources. The people spreading fascist ideology.
