I know what it’s supposed to mean, my brain just refuses to read it that way.

For the longest time I read FOSS as Fork of Someone’s Shit, which I guess is a pretty accurate description a lot of times.
In Hungarian “fos” is diarrhoea, so to me FOSS is just diarrhoea with emphasis.
That’s how I mean it, anyway.
