I’m fairly certain that the Creator of the universe doesn’t care about the specific phrases, in English, that you say in a wooden box.
I dunno, he cares a lot about what fruit we eat.
He wanted us to eat from the tree of knowledge or it wouldn’t have existed.
If the priest gave you absolution then the confession is very likely valid.
