      Well Sauber is so there maybe some issues with Swiss companies being funded by unlicensed sources or something. Especially now since the Sauber name is gone.

        Article says that “the Stake logo is omnipresent on the website of the Swiss racing team Sauber, on its social media presence and on the clothing of its employees.” All of that could violate Swiss laws that forbid advertising for unlicensed gambling sites.

    Crazy this wasn’t checked. Stake is stocks though isn’t it? Glad they are pushing for gambling laws to apply.

      I refuse to believe that the Sauber legal council didn’t bring this up. It was probably decided that it would be better to ask for forgiveness if called out than permission and get told no.

        True, the license is a financial administrative hurdle anyway so they’ll be good for it plus press is press
