I moved from LA to PNW and it really did take about a year to learn that I could do things outside while it was raining.
I’m one of the few that grasps it’s water and walks normally if I’m in the rain. Zero reason to freak out.
I just don’t want to have to change all my clothes if it’s pouring and I need something quick done. If it takes a while I’ll just accept being wet.
How it feels to try and get anything done at a big box store that’s decided to do the same job with half the staff.
