    This is an old Stack Overflow approach. Don’t say that you can’t figure out how to do something in Linux, say that Linux can’t do it. You’ll get examples.

    This effect has been well studied and is known as Murphy’s law.

      The heck? Murphy’s Law is “if something can go wrong, it will go wrong, often in the most catastrophic way possible”.

    Pretty cool concept. It’s called the Dunning–Kruger effect.
