This scooter features dual 4000 watt motors and can achieve 60+ mph speeds straight and level. But why?

This speed is surely deadly in the event of a crash and it’s hard to image it would even be fun to ride at such a speed.

You would definitely need to wear motorcycle gear for that, but I’m not sure if it’s inherently more dangerous than one.

The most dangerous aspects of it are probably the small tires, and oddly enough, it’s low speed. On higher speed zone highways, being limited to ~70 can be a real liability.

Agree with all of this. I’ll also add that it most definitely is fun at those speeds. But also dangerous, ofc.

      Ride safe.

You see this everywhere in all of the pevs. For some reason is speed = better. I don’t think you should ride anything above 30 km/h (~19 mph) that has smaller wheels than a motorcycle, plus scooter joints can be very weak. I always try to drive where the speel limit is bellow 50 (~31 mph) if possible. Smaller roads are a lot more fun too. But I understand why ppl want to go full speed if the road is just a long straight line but the laws will be against us if we ride reckless (as in new laws against scooters).
