Dawn Project is apparently setting up another ad for the Super Bowl. This has to do with the obviously unsafe “Autopilot”, and the myriad of tests that prove that emergency braking is piss-poor on Tesla systems.

Good thing I’m already boycotting Tesla. I can’t afford one.

They keep getting cheaper though as people this year seem to have figured out the bullshit.

Prius Prime 2024 sells at a higher price than Tesla 3, and I’m still rather buy the Prius Prime… Ioniq, Subaru Solterra, and others are more expensive than Model3 as well. So lots of good options today.

Tesla is strangely, the cheap brand today. I still wouldn’t want to buy it’s fakeness though. It never was a good vehicle.

This Dawn Project guy is fuckin hilarious with his “I MaKe sOfTwArE wItHoUT BuGs” schtick. Go look what other companies he’s invested in… Hmmmm…

While that’s true, there’s a bunch of Tesla crashes into Firetrucks that I appreciate someone (even a flawed somebody) getting this message out. People need to see that Tesla Autopilot has been crashing into things and killing people for the last 7 or 8 years. Its honestly not a safe system.

But people weren’t paying $15,000 for “Full Self Driving” that regularly crash into children.

This was a live demo at CES 2023 (Consumers Electronics Show). People were literally lining up to be inside of these cars during the balloon-crash tests to see how good different cars were at automatic brakes. Tesla is absurdly bad at this.

Horses have been kicking people to death for much longer.
