      The text is a reference to a Nine Inch Nails song, which also seems to be where the place took their logo from.

      Depends on what country it is in. Internationally trademarks are complicated. In many countries there effectively is no enforced trademark law.

        The sign next to it looks like it may be in Greek so if it’s not Greece it’s a country that uses similar lettering in their language.
