    Rob is alright, but often feels like that guy trying to fix the Titanic by emptying out the water with buckets.

    Here’s my solution to get rid of the Microsoft Account requirement for your computer.

    It have worked flawlessly for me for years and even improves stability - I’ve not had a single Windows crash since I implemented this fix. An added bonus is that it fixed the never ending battle of disabling surveillance subsystems that are re-activated every time you update Windows (If one both knew about it and turned it off).

    Highly recommended!

      There are many paths to your fix. Which one did you use?

      Edit: I use the Arch one BTW

        I like Ubuntu derivatives, the how-to manuals are for dummies. Makes for easy readin’ 🤓

      linux is good but it’s not an option for all students and you might need windows for work

        I’d say a lot of people are required to use i.e. Windows by the situation, but unless you’re a slave the situation isn’t forced upon you and it’s more a matter of priorities?
