Technically, the amount of russians dying from cancer has gone down. This of course goes hand in hand with a rise in acute lead poisoning in Ukraine.

Death is definitely one way to cure someone’s cancer.

This is not correct. It’s common for modern ammunition to be jacketed with copper or some other metal, but the core is still lead (or lead-tin alloy) because it’s cheap, dense and soft enough to form into the rifling grooves while traveling down the barrel. Only special-purpose bullets are made with other metals.

Maybe the rumors about Putin having cancer are true, and this is what the scientists told him to not accidentally fall out of a window.

They developed what might be the first cancer vaccine. USA government source.

I know you’re being sarcastic, but vaccines against cancer-causing oncoviruses are not what’s usually meant by “cancer vaccines” (though some people will sometimes use the phrase “cancer vaccines” to include that).

Cancer vaccines are more typically things like Imlygic which sets the immune system against melanoma.

If by “they” you mean Russia, that’s not what your source says. It’s a press release about Agenus (a US company) licensing their vaccine for production and sale in Russia.

they have entered into a license, development and manufacturing technology transfer agreement for Agenus’ Oncophage® (HSPPC-96; vitespen) vaccine

Exciting field for the next few years: we’ll probably see a bunch of new cancer vaccines coming out.

Funny how the covid epidemic spurred our understanding of immunology and vaccines.
