      Yup. Not sure the difference is even measurable with out science-grade equipment. the penumbra (or whatever the opposite is called) will also make it harder to define exactly where the border of the light cone is.

    Depends on the angle of the beam, the propagation of the wave, the shape of the reflective surface, the material of the reflective surface, the angle of the surface, the distance of the target.
