The Oklahoma State Board of Equalization certified lawmakers will have $11.1 billion in authorized funds for Fiscal Year 2025. That’s money they can allocate to state agencies and programs for that year.

      Also, off the top of my head and in no particular order, schools, homeless support programs, more training for police, and public transport. Not an exhaustive list by any means, but tax cuts are really really far down my list.
