We had opioid issues prior to 110 so I don’t think it caused it. This article also selectively uses stats and conveniently leaves them off in some of its most serious claims. I agree the roll out of 110 was terrible as far as having all the complimentary services in place to support it but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s still getting worse. It continues the trend of inadequate response from the government in the state to address these problems.
