What an absolute scumbag. Has to escalate everything in life, and turned a fender bender into an assault. I wish road rage situations would result in having your license suspended; there are far too many people on the roads who are too angry to drive properly.
Everyone should have a dash cam. Even a cheap $30 camera is better than nothing.
