Anyone in an at-will employment state knows that they likely can’t even rely on Civil Rights Act protections.
The only hope is joining a union. If you can.
That’s what they are trying to get rid of by destroying the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). That’s why at will employment law were passed to stop unions.
Only a few, for now anyway.
