Rico Hines is joining the 76ers as an assistant on Nick Nurse’s coaching staff, sources tell ESPN. Hines had been a part of Nurse’s staff with the Raptors. Hines is a former player development coach who has worked his way to a front-of-the-bench assistant.

Tough loss but not surprised. Are there any of the old coaching staff left? I’m more interested in who Darko brings in to add to his coaching staff. With all the new coaching changes in the league, there’s got to be some competition in attracting candidates for these assistant coaching roles.
