Who honestly expected anything else?
I think they’re going to rule on the two Trump cases in different ways so they can claim they will be “unbiased.”
- They will allow Trump to be on the ballot
- They will say Trump is not immune to prosecution
- Republicans will then say “OhH sEe CoNsErVaTiVe SuPrEmE cOuRt iS sO uNbIaSeD” while also delaying Trump’s trials so they will not be finished until after the election
