Sounds like a remake of Tribes: Ascend.

I really liked the rocket pack gliding. Moving at speed made it difficult to hit a moving target, though.

The previous version was heavy with auto aim, making it difficult to play.

I would have a hard time paying for a game I played for free and abandoned.
