I don’t recognize that machine… I think that is new. The bulbs in it sort of look like the liquid bulbs on the hazmat armors. But it could be (and probably is) something else.

There is no action available currently. That’s what had me stop and think how this might be a hint to what’s to come for season 5.
These have been here since season 3. I distinctly remember noticing the disinfectant flasks both in the machines pictured and lying around the space rig.
