About 7 million American adults have it. Probably more because we know that about 40% of people with bipolar get misdiagnosed with unipolar depression.
I am certain my dad has it. mom and I referred to him as dad 1 and dad 2. He traveled for work during the week. You never knew which one was coming home. I’ve lived with him the past four years and it hasn’t changed.
