I’m trying some new ideas after yesterday’s X/6. I want to figure out an optimal approach with these priorities:
- Never lose
- Low average guesses
- Reduce human error
- Possibility of 1/6
According to Freshman.dev’s Bot Leaderboard, I should start with SLANT, TRINE, CARET, ROAST, or LANCE. But, I’m not a bot and I don’t have perfect knowledge of all playable words in the game, so I may need another approach.
Thanks for taking care of the daily post while the bot is down! Greatly appreciate it.
If you don’t mind, may I ask some additional work from you? Could you add the Wordle number to the end of the URL like how the bot was doing? So tomorrow’s link would be
https://www.nytimes.com/games/wordle/index.html#992
,and so on.
I believe there’s a bug in Lemmy’s default frontend that causes posts with multiple crossposts to not be visible. People might not be seeing this post if they use the default UI.
