    So Ukraine doesn’t have a good use for cluster bombs, but they have a good use for the individual bomblets - as drone dropped bombs.

    The bomblets can penetrate 4cm of armor and are light shaped charges. That should terrify Russia. Their tanks and apcs will be more vulnerable.
