    all loans are fraudulent

But I thought as long as it was a contract they willingly entered they were okay with it? Is it because the loan doesn’t come with an international treaty?

They only addressed the paperwork to their corporate self, not their free individual, and so because they sent back the envelope with “I DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOUR INTENTIONS” in red ink and ALL CAPS then they should accept a coupon to discharge WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

…god dammit I read too many of these insane posts

Even if this was true, the end result would be the same; The bank takes back the house. This is the equivalent of your item not scanning at the register and saying “guess that’s free huehuehue.” These people live in ultimate fantasy land.

Yeah, I have a theory that because the modern economy is so massively complex, these people believe it to be a mystical/magical - since it’s impossible for them to understand, it’s beyond all human comprehension

Are these people actually real, or is this like some weird cosplay experience? I honest can’t tell anymore.

Probably a mix of trolls and people too stupid to realize they’re being trolled. Like flat-earthers (although I think some flat-earthers are just people hoping for some rich dude to give them a free ride to space to “prove them wrong”)

I’m still waiting for that one person who actually did something here that worked long term to show the others how to do it.

Clive Bundy appropriated federal lands, held an armed standoff with the government, and got away with it.

For small debts, I’m sure many have successfully got them discharged, because it’s not worth the effort of a collection company. Not because they figured out the color ink and magic phrase though.

It’s my sense that they don’t agree because they all vote Republican. But then they’ll try some hoodoo made up forms to try to “discharge” theirs.
