    Nothing against the Hungarian people, but it is time to reform some of the rules regarding these types of leaders. If you want to play cool with the dictators of this world, then go ahead, but strip them from both EU and NATO membership. Because you can’t eat from two hands.

      But wait, there’s more… They’ve been making it illegal for NGOs to receive donations from foreign countries “because it violates national sovereignty”. Same for opposition parties and media. Every year it’s getting harder and harder to overturn this nightmare and the incompetence of the opposition isn’t helping, either.

    If Hungary wasn’t so far west geographically I’d propose an exchange: We let Russia have Hungary in return for Ukrainian EU/NATO membership. Unfortunately Hungary is on the wrong side of Ukraine :(
