A feature that I didn’t even know existed, and frankly I would not know what to use it for. Eh. 🤷
Normally I’d complain but this feature was ass and never accurate for use. It needed Maps integration of some kind at the very least or I’d never be sure if I was calling the correct place.
Yeah. If I want to search “nearby” or anything else geographically, I’ll just open the Maps app or the Search app.
The Phone app is simply the wrong place to put this.
Conspiracy theory:
If you search on Google maps, sponsored results are shown, if you search on the phone app, then you don’t search on maps and you won’t see that sponsored result

So that’s why I couldn’t get it to work. I used it a lot, for example to book the hairdresser.
Now I have to use maps just to find the phone. Shame
It was broken for more than 6 months
Not that it matters but sometimes (most of the time) I’m happy that I run Lineage OS
