Curious. We have Fly byJing’s Zhong Sauce in the fridge right now. It’s delicious, but pricey. I wonder if this is comparable. Definitely worth looking for on our next shopping trip.
I think it’s an alternate spelling of a middle eastern sauce I’ve always called Shug.
