His bombastic portrayal was a nice update to a character we didn’t get enough of the first go round.

I recently realized that the actor who played Harry would have been great as Poul Anderson’s Nicholas van Rijn. If you like Trek do yourself a favor and look up ‘Trader To The Stars’ or ‘War Of The Wingmen.’ Van Rijn is an Indian-Dutch space merchant who manages to flatter, bribe, or just outsmart his way of of various perils.
Oh that sounds right up my alley. Going to have to check the old man’s bookshelf. Good chance he has it.
