I have rare days where I get up in the right headspace. I’ll clean, work hard, enjoy games or TV after work, might even go to bed at a reasonable hour. Then there’s the other 99% of days where I wake up and I just cannot and nothing seems to change that.
Yesterday I got home and sat down to watch YouTube and eat. Brain went: nope wrong headspace, too much sensory input, browse memes instead. So then I had to get in the right headspace to??? watch YouTube and eat??? Food was stone cold by the time.
