AI images are like snapshots into your dreams and the part of your brain that processes written language is off. The words are there and they look familiar but are there only for the sake of building the scene.
It’s like that episode of Batman: The Animated Series where Batman knows he’s dreaming because whenever he tries to read something, it turns to gibberish.
I like how that’s the best cultural reference for this phenomenon. It’s true though, whenever this comes up I think about that episode.
The show ‘Evil’ on Paramount directly addresses this in an episode as well. And it’s a pretty great show for the first couple of seasons.
