I see a lot of excitement about leather man arc on you tube. I but I can find out what specifically is everyone excited about. What’s going to be special about it?
The blade is supposed to be really, really good. It’s a 40th Anniversary tool from Leatherman, so I’m sure they’ll want to make something special.
Not sure that it will replace my Surge, though. I don’t see any serrated blade or t-shank blade option.
Ok. Thanks. So besides the steel used for blade we don’t really know the secret sauce to arc, but we expect it to be something innovative or different? Is that why I can’t find an answer in why exactly we are excited about it?
There are a few screenshots and B&H apparently put up a listing with pricing ($189), so there’s some excitement because it’s something new :) Leatherman makes good stuff, so I’m sure it will be something to get excited about, at least, once we learn more about it.
