I’m so confused right now. Is that 3D goggles? Does Steam Deck support 3D games?
These appear to be XREAL glasses. You wear them to basically have a 128 inch screen projected right in front of your eyes.

What do you use them with?
Mostly to watch movies while connected to my laptop. I also purchased an adapter to play Switch games. Also it can be used as augmented reality in a way so it comes in handy when I need a portable “2nd monitor” to go with my laptop.
